BioUh, hi. My name is Aleah, I'm 24 years old, and...I never have any idea what to put in these things. I'm in my last year of college officially a college graduate, and I'm going to law school after that now, but I actually spend most of my free time watching TV and doing - or trying to do - fandom stuff.
I have been in fandom for many years, and accumulated a lot of fandoms, and favorite ships and characters, only some of which can be seen in my interests (there's a bunch of stuff that's not in there, 'cause there's only so much room, wish they'd up the limit to 200 or 250 slots). However, I have been up until now ill-equipped, for whatever reason, to do much of anything in fandom. This is probably the worst time ever to have the sudden (emotional/confidence-related) fic-writing ability and (technical-related) vidding and icon-making ability, but, this is when I've obtained those things, so, hopefully I'll have a much larger portfolio soon. Many years ago, I used to be kind of....insane about finding ships not to like, but there actually isn't a whole lot I don't ship anymore, although obviously some ships are stronger than others. I tend to prefer het/gen over slash, but that's probably because I'm more predisposed to like female characters than the average person (with some exceptions, although even in those cases there is usually some AU version of events where me liking that character is possible - this goes for male characters as well).
Finally, I am a habitual lurker, so even if you've never heard of me, if we share a fandom there is a chance I have read your fics (or meta/icons/vids/anything else you might have done). If I have, sorry about that.
